Terms of service
About these terms
These terms apply when you use oakandhush.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.
Seller
Oak & Hush is run by Lucas Richardson in New Zealand. Contact: hello@oakandhush.com.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping within the contiguous US is free. US sales tax is added at checkout where required.
Your order
When you place an order, you'll get an email confirming we've received it. If we can't fulfil it (for example, the item has sold out or we can't deliver to the address), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Payment
We take payment in US dollars when you place your order. If you don't recognise a charge from us, email hello@oakandhush.com and we'll help.
Cancelling or changing an order
Need to cancel or change your order? Email hello@oakandhush.com straight away with your order number. We can cancel or change it if it hasn't been processed yet, usually within a few hours of ordering. Once it's processed it can't be stopped, but damaged, faulty or wrong items are still covered by our refund policy.
Delivery
We ship to street addresses in the contiguous US only, with no PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Watch boxes take about 4–10 business days. See our Shipping policy for details, Christmas dates and what happens if an order is delayed or lost.
Product details
We describe products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and measurements are approximate.
- 20-slot watch box: the lid is glass. The exterior is PU leather (leatherette), not genuine leather.
- 12-slot watch box: it has a clear viewing lid that opens from the top, and its exterior is faux leather (PU), not genuine leather. It closes with a hanging chrome-plated alloy buckle lock on the front (a latch, no key).
Fit
We don't publish individual slot sizes. Please check the overall dimensions against your watches before buying, especially large-case watches and smartwatches.
Not a safe
The 20-slot watch box's lock and key keep it closed, but they aren't a security device. Please don't rely on it to protect valuables.
Returns and refunds
See our Refund policy. Damaged, faulty or wrong items reported within 30 days of delivery (with photos and a short video) are replaced or refunded; minor cosmetic marks may get a partial refund instead. Lost parcels in the contiguous US can be refunded or reshipped 45 days after leaving our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Tracking marked delivered but not received needs a local post office non-delivery certificate with an official seal. We don't accept change-of-mind returns.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
